TapCast is a wireless display solution that offers a user-friendly and convenient experience for various purposes such as home entertainment, corporate use, and educational sharing and collaboration. In order to utilize this application on your smartphone or tablet, it is required to have an Optoma Projector or IFP equipped with TapCast Server.

With TapCast, users have the ability to:

  1. Stream any audio or video file to their Optoma Projector or IFP.
  2. Utilize their smartphone as a Remote Controller for the Projector or IFP.
  3. Mirror the screen of their mobile device onto the Projector or IFP.
  4. Mirror their desktop screen to their smartphone and directly control the Projector or IFP through touching the screen as if interacting with the Projector or IFP itself.

This application serves as the client-side interface, while the server application is exclusively available on Optoma Projectors or IFPs that come with TapCast Server integrated.
